Users must provide accurate information and use the platform only for its intended purpose. Organizations must post genuine project modules. Students must submit original work.

Projects posted on Optern are not employment contracts unless explicitly stated by the organization. Optern is not an employer, recruiter, or placement agency.

Evaluations are provided by organizations based on submitted work. Optern generates performance records using these evaluations but does not independently verify every judgment.

Any attempt to submit plagiarized work or manipulate evaluations result in account suspension or removal without notice.

Optern is not responsible for hiring decisions or project outcomes.

Optern may modify features during the pilot phase.
